I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of Benidorm old town with bars and beaches within spitting distance. The rooms, although basic, were immaculately clean and blissfully quiet, especially on the upper floors. The staff's service was a bit of a mix, with some being very helpful, while others were a bit rude, leaving me to find somewhere to freshen up after being told the hotel was full. The dining options were varied but could have been improved with more cooked choices. Overall, a great value for the money.
